最近因?yàn)閯倓偨Y(jié)束行業(yè)展會，所以最近項(xiàng)目咨詢多了起來。有不少方案都是急著要設(shè)計的，平時聯(lián)系的設(shè)計師都忙得很，就算給錢都沒有時間做設(shè)計。
工廠的設(shè)計師當(dāng)然也是日程滿滿的，上一個還沒做完，下一個又來排隊(duì)了。昨天不知道是哪個老客戶給我推薦了一個新客戶a，由于項(xiàng)目比較急，想著在11月份開業(yè)的，晚上溝通了一輪，把場地信息和相關(guān)的風(fēng)格和尺寸等都弄清楚了之后，就要給客戶趕緊安排出圖了。早上又給客戶打了一通電話確認(rèn)具體的細(xì)節(jié)，a說自己也是第一次做這種項(xiàng)目，價格方面需要我們這邊把好關(guān)，問他是哪位朋友推薦的，他也沒透露是哪位朋友介紹的，a實(shí)際上也是中間人。
我找工廠負(fù)責(zé)人安排作圖的時候他沒接我電話，后面打回來說剛好準(zhǔn)備坐飛機(jī)去別的地方出差！“那設(shè)計圖怎么辦？這個項(xiàng)目比較急客戶那邊要求11月份開業(yè)的！” 我說！我想著項(xiàng)目又要拖到幾天之后才能出圖了，正尋思著怎么跟客戶解釋。
沒想到工廠負(fù)責(zé)人說：“不要緊，你的圖我這邊會趕緊安排，會把你拉群里，即使我不在工廠，稍后有哪些要求直接在群里跟同事對接就行！”真的特別感謝給予項(xiàng)目大力支持的供應(yīng)商。
前段時間客戶b說去度假了，貨到的時候通知他，他說度假回來之后再處理也可以！最近又問他項(xiàng)目安裝的事情是否需要幫忙？卻驚訝地發(fā)現(xiàn)他居然全部都裝好了，自己搞定，中途沒有要我們這邊任何安裝指導(dǎo)，真的是寶藏客戶。發(fā)現(xiàn)自己運(yùn)氣越來越好了，客戶就說了一句：
perfect product, good survice! thank you very much for everything you've done for me.
還是供應(yīng)商給力，貨沒有少發(fā)漏發(fā)，安裝步驟給得清晰詳細(xì)，客戶輕松搞定安裝，（前提是業(yè)務(wù)員要在貨物到達(dá)之前，把所有注意的細(xì)節(jié)都給客戶標(biāo)好，結(jié)合圖片和翻譯）這樣業(yè)務(wù)就會輕松很多！
其實(shí)在貨物發(fā)出去之后，客戶當(dāng)時又增加了一些配件，當(dāng)時是發(fā)fedex的，客戶就說這個很慢，一開始很擔(dān)心，后來配件在貨物到達(dá)之前也抵達(dá)。
跟客戶溝通的時候總會遇到意見不合的時候，最后客戶認(rèn)同了我們，就可以跟客戶講

對于中間商，很多時候他們對我們達(dá)成訂單起著非常關(guān)鍵的作用，與他們之間的溝通我們可以用到下面的英語，其實(shí)不單是中間商，跟客戶也能用到，出現(xiàn)頻率還是比較高的！大家可以借鑒一下：
